Shipping and delivery

When ordering from Studio Frida, your goods will be delivered to a postal agent.

When you shop at Studio Frida, a shipping fee will be added. The shipping fee is based on the weight of the products. The shipping fee covers the entire order, regardless of whether the products are delivered at different times.

Packages at post offices that are not picked up within the specified time will be sent back to Studio Frida. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee equivalent to the shipping fee.

Products that are in stock are normally shipped within three days of ordering.

Products that are not in stock will be manufactured after you have placed an order. The manufacturing process takes some time. First the object is turned, then trimmed, then bisque fired, then glazed and finally glaze fired. Normal production time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the size of the order.

The above does not apply during the Christmas holidays and summer - then it may take longer before you receive both products that are in stock and ordered products.
