Returns and complaints

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the day you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If you would like to request a return, you can do so in your customer account or by contacting us via email at info@studiofrida.se .

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Products sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Complaint
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product.

In the event of complaints, the purchase price will be refunded and Studio Frida will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new product.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
